Cita Van Lines

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Oh, I already wrote a review on Google (which is below) which this company responded to and acted concerned. I wrote the review 7 months ago, and they are just now responding! DO NOT use this company. We finally got our items.. MONTHS late and so many things were damaged an...

During my move from Georgia, I discovered 6 boxes had gotten wet the night before due to a leak in the garage. I was worried the movers would charge extra for those boxes, but they actually repacked everything for us as a courtesy. And also the delivery was on time. At delivery, they placed the ceram...

CITA Van Lines moved us from Missouri to North Carolina. The packing team, driver, and unloading team were all wonderful. Nothing was broken! Everyone worked hard and were very professional. Thanks to Adam and Sergei who headed the teams.

I recently hired Cita Van Lines for my move, and I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations! From the very first interaction, their customer service was top-notch. The team was incredibly responsive, addressing all my queries and concerns promptly. On the day of the move, the movers arrive...

On time. The crew was very communicative and professional. 10/10 for factory like packing. Thank you guys. I recommend.

I found the company via postcard they sent to me. We moved from CA to FL. Mike and his team was great. They were attentive to my needs and handled my items with care. I liked their attention to detail especially with large picture frames and furniture. When they came to our new home and they put all...

Moved from Missouri to Florida . The crew was great very professional , quick , and friendly . Would highly recommend , will definitely be using them again . Before starting the job they put down floor protection and home protection with blankets and cardboard.

If you are ripped off by Cita Van Lines, go straight to the Missouri Attorney General's website and click on the Consumer Protection Dept. section. I sent an email AND filled out the complaint form, just to cover my bases. Same story as so many others. This company is sent to you by brokers. You do...

MOVING SCAM. Cita failed to comply with multiple federal regulations specifically designed to protect consumers from scammers. Below I have provided bulleted summaries of my experience. * Federal law requires that a moving company provide the booklet "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move"...

It was the worst Nightmare of My whole Life and the most traumatizing experience at every single step of the process from day 1 until delivery I got a quote by Safe Ship Moving Company at the beginning for 6992 $ then 1 week before the pick up Safe ship asked to increase the quote by 3500$ after to...

Too bad their isn't a zero star rating, because that's what you deserve. They lie about everything. Deliveries are late, they don't call you when they say they will and we have multiple items that were damaged during the process. Don't use this company if you want your possessions in one piece.

I recently used this moving company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arriving at the pickup location, the driver called me to introduce himself, explain where he was coming from, and provide his estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, I was impressed with how they handled a tr...

had to change my moving plans last minute and ended up needing to move way more stuff than I originally planned. The crew didn’t even flinch. They stacked everything perfectly in the truck, fitting in all the extra items without me having to pay more. It was like watching them play a perfect game of...

We had a two man team lead by Stefan and Oleg that showed up and made my move so smooth out of my apartment! There was a long walk down to the service elevator but they were so helpful getting all of my furniture down and loaded to the truck securely. They packed my furniture up so well, couldn’t of...
