A Friend With A Truck Movers LLC

Second moving company I have used in KC. AFAT team was far & away the best. Receptive to direction, efficient & friendly.

When the moving company I hired came to my apt they decided they couldn’t move me in the time they allotted. I had to be out of my apt in 2 days! I called A Friend With A Truck and they literally came the next morning at 8am and moved me. The two guys who moved me were awesome. They literally set my...

We had this company help with our move and it went great! They were friendly and very efficient, so the job got done quickly. They were also very accommodating as our schedule changed last minute due to some hiccups. Highly recommend them if you are needing help with a move!

We had way more stuff than we originally planned, and the job ended up taking a couple hours longer than projected. The guys never complained and were very polite the whole time. Their service was great, my wife and I were very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. We would highly rec...

Great experience overall. They were on time and contacted me the day before arrival. Then on their way in the morning. Followed instructions for apartment complex and sr community rules for Covid. Then moved all into the new apartment complex that was not direct access to the truck. It was a goo...

From the first contact to the last, best moving experience that I've ever had. They showed up on time, were friendly, professional and hard working. As is common with moves something got broken but they handled it right away, took responsibility and are relacing the item. Before they left they asked...

Courteous and on time unpacked the truck swiftly and carefully. Thank you!!

Jerry, Jamell, and Vance got us moved very efficiently when my fiancé and I moved in together from our old places. Three stops and had us all done in less than four hours and were friendly the whole way. Would definitely use them again!

Safe, quick, courteous, affordable, recommended.

My estimated moving time was between 8:00 and 9:00. They arrived at 8:00 on the dot and worked quickly to move everything out. No complaints, the guys were great!

My boyfriend and I have used A friend with a truck Movers during both of our moves in the Kansas City area. The first time we used them, we moved from Olathe to Downtown, and the second time we used them, we moved within the downtown area 2 blocks. Both times, the guys were good at communicating wit...

After managing self-moves over the past decade, I took the leap into hiring movers for my in-town move and absolutely could not have been happier with the decision. The initial contact, quote, communication and eventual crew coming to my place couldn't have been any better. I requested a quote thro...

Hired A Friend with A Truck for my most recent move and they were great. My roommate and I were moving from the West Plaza area to an apartment downtown. They were quick- especially since our new place didn't have a freight elevator so they had to haul the big things up three flights of stairs. Got...

Couldn't have asked for a better move!! Alex and Keith were so efficient and friendly! I had assumed this move would take around 4-5 hours and they got it done in just under 2!!! I will definitely be using this company for any future move and recommending them to all my friends and family!! Great jo...

In short: These guys are awesome. After moving every single year for what seems like my whole life, I was done doing it myself. I found these guys on yelp and they did not disappoint. They moved me into my 6th floor apartment back in February after it had snowed and it didn't seem to bother them at...

After comparing a number of moving companies in the Kansas City area we selected A Friend With a Truck Movers. Scheduling via email was very easy and John was always quick with a reply. The day of the move the group of three showed up on time and were friendly and hard-working. The movers used care...

Wanted to update my review, as I used this company for another move and they were just as great as the last time, probably exceeding my expectations. I'm adding another star because after price-checking and knowing what other companies charge for a similar service, I think they deserve all five. Wh...

We recently made a long distance move and needed someone to unload our truck once we got here. I contacted A Friend With a Truck online and got a response from John almost immediately. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. When we arrived here the movers called ahead of time to let me k...
