Arrived on time. Finished quickly. They did a great job.

Wow,..... just wow!!! What an exceptional moving experience I had with Jim and his amazing team at Amerigo Moving. From the first phone call to our initial meeting I knew I was in good hands. The level of professionalism and attention to details was absolutely perfect! They did every little to big t...

I had a baby grand pain moved from downstairs to upstairs. They had to go outside the house to get upstairs and did a great job! Responded quickly and were very professional and efficient, would definitely use them again!

Dylan, Matt, and Joe made the move painless and stress free for our local move. They treated our home and furniture with respect. Process was easy from estimate to final assembly and clean up.

I had a very special request that Jim was very happy to entertain. The crew really came through. Evan and his two helpers, (sorry guys I forgot your names), were professional as well as personable. The whole experience was surprisingly simple. Thanks so much Jim. You are a life saver.

Evan and his crew immediately put my mind at ease. They were friendly, considerate, and worked tirelessly to ensure our belongings were transported in the most efficient and delicate way. They were not willing to quit until the job was done! Would definitely use again! They made the entire moving pr...

I would not give this company a star if I did not have to. They were 10 hours late, understaffed and way over estimate. Ended up taking until after midnight to finish. Multiple items were scratched and damaged. Repair replace policy made it so that it was not worth the time to file. Avoid!

I am very happy to write this review about AmeriGo-Cardwell Moving LLC.I had scheduled a delivery about a month prior. I ended up having to cancel that move and they were very nice about it. Then I found another location and they were so easy to work with to get another delivery date. The company w...

I have never written a review before, but I have never had such a bad experience with a company. We used this company a year ago for a move that required them to also store our possession for a few days. There were several problems with charges, so we disputed our bill and ultimately worked that...

Never, ever use this company for moving. The company has a local Jefferson City number, but what they don't tell you is that they are actually located in moberly, mo. So they quoted me five hours, the job actually took four, and they billed me for six because of "travel time". At $120 per hour, th...

On the 17th of July I had the unfortunate experience of this company moving our things to our new home. First off the truck arrived later than I was told it would. That in itself is not a big deal. Than I am told by Jamie, who I assumed was in charge that the estimate I was given on the phone was fo...

Update: After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I unexpectedly heard from the owner who apologized, said they were in transition and he had invested in training to resolve the issues. He said there was no excuse for it getting that far but that he was willing to make it right. He had our damag...

(Cliff Notes: they were unprofessional, they broke stuff, they lied, and they didn't meet their contractual obligation to fix what they broke.) We hired AmeriGo despite them not being the cheapest because the assessor/estimator Devin Heritage seemed professional. After that, they messed up the date...

We've worked with Amerigo Cardwell a number of times over the last 4 years. They are always responsive and take the extra time to make sure things go well.

My boyfriend's parents recently hired AmeriGO-Cardwell. Not only did they not stand by the agreed upon terms of the move, they damaged furniture and lied on multiple occasions. They were 5 hours late the day they came to pack and move their stuff to a warehouse until a later date. After providing n...

(1) both packers and movers arrived late, (2) packers were slower than molasses, (3) seemed unprepared even though they knew they would be packing pictures - they didn't bring any boxes to pack them, (4) used previously used boxes for clothing (disgusting) without telling the client, (5) after being...
